Hello! 👋 I'm Jiwon.
I'm a designer who blends analytical thinking with creative problem-solving to craft thoughtful user experiences. My background in both economics and art gives me a unique perspective—I studied art and design at an art school before transferring to UC Berkeley, where I earned my bachelor's degree in Economics. This combination has sharpened my ability to approach design with both strategic reasoning and a strong eye for detail.
My journey into UX design began in 2020 when I participated in the Adobe Creative Jam. Designing an experience for real users was fascinating, and I knew I had found my passion. From there, I took graduate-level courses at UC Berkeley’s School of Information to hone my skills and eventually became a Product Designer, working on a variety of professional projects.
With hands-on experience in real-world product design, I thrive in cross-functional teams and enjoy solving complex design challenges. I'm always excited to learn, iterate, and collaborate to create meaningful and intuitive experiences. Let’s build something great together!
